This original artwork brings the soothing harmony of a hidden garden pond right into your home. “Dreamy Water Lilies 1” captures the relaxing beauty of blooming water lilies.

Inspired by a nearby forest lake filled with water lilies, this paper collage feels like a fluid transition between reality and a dream world.

Water lilies are often seen as a symbol for pureness and for many the sight of still water evokes a sense of calmness. This painting artfully combines peaceful stillness with vibrant, unfolding life.

Additionally, the lily pads and flowers extending beyond the inner edge of the image invite dreamy reverie and can be interpreted as an expression of freedom.

Created with acrylic paints and pens, this unique piece captivates with its subtle but beautiful depth. Each individual water lily leaf and the delicate blossoms were painted separately on paper, cut out, arranged and glued in place, creating a fine three-dimensional effect.

The white passe-partout between the blue-turquoise tones harmonizes with the white frame and lightens the color scheme, allowing the soft colors to be displayed elegantly.
